Imj.tw(eet) provides these terms and policy conditions to you, which may be updated by us without notice for any reason. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound to such terms and privacy polices stated otherwise. We do not have any control of off-site activities as this policy governs only the usage of items in regard to activities in accordance to communication with Imj.tw(eet). In accordance with the policies of the account you have connected to us with, you also agree to follow such terms which if in case contest our terms are overrode as when engaging on Imj.tw(eet). You agree to maintain a reasonable level of integrity by avoiding harassment, assault, torture, defamation, abuse or verbal aggravation of any nature that is unlawful on this this website; or anything likewise objectionable.
2.Media
As a user, you agree not to upload pornographic material, or any nude material unless it is of "artistic" or "acceptable" (to be interpret by moderation). Any users caught uploading child nudity will be referred to the appropriate authorities; no exceptions. You may also agree not to upload material that may be seen as excessively "violent" or aggressively "prejudiced" media. As with any media uploaded onto this site, we reserve the right to take down and purge any media or other data uploaded onto Imj.tw(eet) without prior notice for any reason.
3.Our Responsibilities
Imj.Tw(eet) is not responsible for downtime, errors, mistakes, or any other mishaps that may erect. Additionally, users hold all responsibility to the media they upload onto our website. Imj.Tw(eet) is not responsible for how uploaded media is handled by third-parties or API (Application Programming Interface) users. Imj.Tw(eet) is not liable for any media uploaded onto our system. Furthermore, you agree that no parties associated with or Imj.Tw(eet) is responsible, nor liable for any media uploaded onto it's system via users or third-parties and indemnify Imj.Tw(eet) and it's affiliates against so. Additionally Imj.Tw(eet) nor it's affiliates are not liable for any monetary payments, barters, or exchanges that may arise from any situations (i.e. legal or contractual) associated with media on Imj.tw(eet)'s system.
4.Licensing
By uploading media onto Imj.Tw(eet), you license and allow us the ability to distribute, modify, alter, adapt, distribute, publish, translate, and publicly perform and display media. Under these terms, you also allow us to use distribute data to it's affiliates including, but not limited to third-parties and API participants. This license exists to all data uploaded on our system. The same license applies to all imported data from services like Twitter and abroad. Additionally, all appended comments, additions and entered data saved from users participating on Imj.Tw(eet) falls under these licensing conditions as well.
4.Usage
As a user of Imj.Tw(eet)'s services, you agree not to upload plagiarized content, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit any media for corporate or illegal purposes. Additionally, you, the user regard and understand that accounts may be frozen or terminated without notice for any reason at any time. Causes for termination range from but are not limited to breaches and violations of terms of service and privacy, verbal assault or misuse of communication technologies on our system, discontinuance, requests by law enforcement, inactivity, fraud, nonpayment in connection to fee based services, unexpected technical or security issues, or illegal activity.
5.Notices & Complaints
If you are a user, third-party, or law enforcement and would like to contest or serve Imj.Tw(eet) a legal document such as a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) take-down notice or request for information, please send such notice to alfredn@imj.tw and your request will be handled as soon as possible. Be sure to provide a digital copy of such physical notice, identification and link or connection to infringed information or media for review, a statement defending your claims (unless not already included in/on the notice), a means of contact via telephone and physical address, and a statement that the information is indeed factual or evident at the risk or perjury (punishable by law) if such claim proves untruthful. Additionally if you have any other notices or complaints refer to the address above. Most importantly, if you have a DMCA or legal notice, it is imperative that such information is true and maintained legal integrity is established via authorities, else the claim may be ignored. We are not liable for ignored claims and additionally as reiterated are not responsible for media on our system; likewise users are responsible for media they upload as mentioned in the earlier section(s) of this document.

You acknowledge that software allowed for usage and provided by Imj.Tw(eet) is is provided as a service and a privilege. Likewise, we respect and uphold the policies and terms of third-party software used to support this website such as jQuery and expect all users to abide by the same regulations. Furthermore, all software is used at your own risk and is not guaranteed to be risk, error, or of unlimited uptime.
